We currently need another body in the kitchen!
We open 7 days per week for pretty intense, busy services of breakfast and brunches. We open from 8am through to 4pm (5.30 on Saturday). We’re not JUST a cafe though. We like to provide interesting drinks, weekly food specials and generally build a “community feel” about the place.
Our aim is to provide a differing way of working for chefs (no late nights, shorter hours and an environment where there is time for people to bring ideas to bear).
Currently we need someone (probably CDP/Commis level) with previous commercial kitchen experience to join the small team. The team is small so prep work will be key together with supporting the current guys on service and, basically, getting to grips with all aspects of what we do.
