Saturday's sun is still shining and plenty of Beer, Cider & Perry available at our last evening of the WBCPF for 2024!

Our musical finale for Saturday is due to start at 1930hrs, a Jump and Swing band from
London with growing reputation currently performing at many summer festivals including Glastonbury, Jump 66!

About to open for the last day of this year's festival. Walk ups available all day, closing at 10pm. We have a cracking selection of beers, ciders and perries available for you. 81 beers with 4 new ones to come on later today, 51 ciders, 18 fruit ciders and 10 perries.

A lovely day for a drink on the racecourse. We currently have 86 beers, 54 ciders, 18 fruit ciders and 10 perries to choose from, as well as fruit wine and Proseco.

The festival will open at 3pm on 8 August. Over the course of the festival there will be 88 beers from 34 breweries, ranging from 3.4 to 8.4%. 71 Ciders, including 18 fruit ciders, 8 Perry's and 2 Piders (made from apples and pears), ranging from 3.4 to 8.4%. And 17 fruit and grape wines, Proseco and mead. Get your tickets to guarantee entry.

Our intrepid volunteers have spent their second day of set up constructing the cooling system and putting the beer in place ahead of Thursday's grand opening.

Thanks to all our volunteers help thus far, tomorrow's plan sees the cider and perry along with wine and prosecco arriving!

Its time to announce the live performers providing musical backing to our festival from inside the band tent to across the racecourse.

On Thursday 8th of August we hand over the music to two fine sound system purveyors.

First up is Swindon Radio 95.5 FM DJ Andy V with some rockin’ reggae:

Followed by one of the top Northern Soul DJs:

Friday 9th August kicks of with Rockin’ psychedelia from an established Black Country favourite:

A week until the festival gates open at 3.00pm on Thursday the 8th of August 2024!

Monday marks the start of site set up with our band of trusty volunteers who give up their free time to turn Worcester Racecourse into a prime event in any festivalgoer's calendar.

We are still looking for volunteers for both Friday and Saturday evenings. Our system decided to glitch and told us we were full!

On a positive note, it means that more people can take part in the festival, joining our amazing team of bar staff!
