‘Any normal person would raise a complaint with the company and let them investigate the matter and deal with accordingly, not try and ruin a small family business with damaging statements before any chance to investigate!!!!!!!!!!!’

I’ve made a comment on Cawthorne Travel page. I’ve received an email from Mr J Cawthorne, threatening legal action regarding this post. He has stated that he won’t look into the issue I have alerted him to, instead he is going to focus on legal action.
I believe that the safety of passengers is of paramount importance and will not be silenced with threats.
