Lead times information....

We work differently to other bridal shops and when it comes to lead times, most other bridal shops will tell you need to start looking for your dress around 18 months before your wedding date. We feel this is ridiculous as thats not helpful if you are trying to lose weight or put on weight.

We also have all of our dresses made brand new and to your individual size at the time you order, our dresses are not mass produced in standard size sitting in a warehouse ready to send out.

We also work directly with our dressmakers and some fabrics may get discontiued if you were to come more than a year before.

Our normal lead times are 10 months before your wedding date, that includes 6 months for your dress to be made and to also allow enough time for a seamstress if you need any alterations.

Appointments... Here is a little bit of information before you make your appointment with us...

1..Our appointments are offered 7 days per week between 11am and 9pm, but are in high demand, so please allow yourself plenty of time to book us before your wedding. We recommend 10 months before your actual wedding date as these are our normal lead times including time for a seamstress. We do however provide a priorty rush service if needed.

2.. We are not your standard bridal boutique that sells off peg samples, mass produced styles or pre owned wedding dresses for knock down prices. We a luxury bridal boutique that only sells brand new wedding dresses specifically cut to your exact body shape, ensuring the dress is to your correct proportions and of pristine quality so your wedding dress will have never be tried on before by any other bride.

3..You will spend up to 2 hours with us and learn exactly how we can customise our wedding dresses to suit you and your unique personality. If you dont want us to customise and keep to our original sample style thats fine too! It will be made brand new the same way as you see it.

4..We offer the warmest of welcomes along with total privacy and comfortability, Look for your welcome board when you arrive, put on the cozy slippers, relax whilst you enjoy our chocolates and juice and await for the beautiful bride to appear from behind the curtains! Ring our bell and Say "Yes to the dress" and you get to take home a free bottle of prosecco. Not forgetting special photos of you and your family holding our special "I said Yes to the dress" frame.

5..Our bridal boutique is private, in a residential area and has ample free parking! Just look for the welcome sign and roses and you will find us ❤❤❤❤ Look forward to meeting you and what is already looking like a very busy 2025/26.

If you are looking for a bridal shop different to all others then we are it! We are a luxury bridal boutique in Worthing, West Sussex with a personalised custom service. We do NOT......Sell "Off peg dresses" whether they are old, new or pre owned standard samples where you have to try and fit into them or pay out high alterations costs to get them to fit you, as thats not what we are about.

We hold an exclusive collection of wedding dresses with our own custom design label and all of our wedding dresses are made brand new, either to the same design you have tried on in our boutique or fully customised to suit your shape and taste.

Weve had our recommended seamstress mention to us that a lot of brides lately have been buying "Cheap" dresses off peg but then not facturing in high alterations costs on top and the reason they are high is because brides are buying a sample dress off peg "cheap" even if its way out of there size which puts your alterations costs up as then the seamstress has to then remake the bodices etc. Great if you are on a really tight budget and the "off peg" dress fits you quite well then you on a win win but its very rare.

If you are looking for a luxury, unique, personalised and custom experience that saves you money when it comes to your alterations, where you get a choice of 150 colours, custom styles and brand new to individual size to fit your unique proportions then we are the bridal boutique for you.

1...Our wedding business is 30 years old and started off as "Confetti Bridal Gowns" we expanded in 2019 and changed our business name to "Carolyn Anne's Bridal" to promote our personalised custom service. So why the name Carolyn Anne's Bridal when most know me as Lea (The owner)?
My beautiful Mum (Carolyn) passed away in 2019 and she was one of my biggest supporters throughout my life and my business so i decided to name my business after her to keep her name going as i know she would be so proud of what the business has acheived since we expanded.

2...We offer a luxury service at our bridal boutique, besides our luxury touches we mean that brides get to fully customise any wedding dress to their own unique style, you get to use our dresses as inspiration and choose how you would like to customise it, you can have anything added or have it made without something, mix and match and go crazy, our labels after all and not found anywhere else!!

3...All of our dresses are made to unique individual size at the time of the order to shoulder to floor including shoes, waist, bust and hips to save you high alterations costs! As long as you do not dramatically change in size once we have ordered, you will only have minimal alterations.

4...Our bridal boutique is size inclusive meaning we have sensible size samples in stock. Our sample sizes are from 6 to 36 and most of them are over size 18 to be realistic for a brides size.

5...We offer every colour under the sun for wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, 150 colour choices to be exact, so no struggling to find a particular colour if you are an untraditional bride.

6...Our wedding dresses are reasonably priced for the luxury service we offer and are priced between £1000 and £1500.
