2024 Santa to your home Visits bookings are underway!!

Santa highly recommends booking early due to popularity - some dates are already booked up!

So firstly:
If you are interested in booking an (up to) 15 minutes ‘Santa to your home visit’ - please may we ask that you either:

1. Message us via our page
2. Text /WhatsApp only to our mobile number 07736769048
3. Or Email us on [email protected]

(First come first served).

Providing the following details below:

1. Town for visit (We cover Worthing areas)
2. Preferred date/time

Once we can offer a suitable to you time/date slot we will then ask for other information to include:

Full name of host
Full home address for visit
Full first name of all children to be present (for personalised certificates)
A valid Email address
An accessible Phone number

We will then generate an invoice based upon the information provided at the time of booking which will be sent to your email address.

On receipt of this invoice and no later than 1st December 2024 we will require you to pay a full non-refundable payment.

Tip: if you are not certain of your booking and may wish to cancel at anytime than please do not pay the non-refundable deposit until 1st December as no refunds can be applied after this date.

Other areas can be agreed by multiple visits to the area or availability only* - and very early booking is advised!

*Except for 23rd and Christmas Eve.


Each ** (up to) 15-minute Santa visit in 2024 is £40 per household. A household is strictly for up to 5 children only

**Not so small print: The term ‘up to 15 minutes’ - relates to Santa figuring out when to withdraw himself - this determination will be based upon many years of experience for when a visit can become ‘awkward’ or uncomfortable, this may be due to distress/or non-interest of a child within in.

Ages suitable for visit should be decided by you only. Though we recommend up 2 years up to 9 years old.

Please know that our Santa can account for a range of disabilities including communication with a small amount of sign language for the important greetings of Christmas and by using expressive body language.

For bookings for a longer period Santa can read a Christmas story to a child/children where a seat can be provided. (Book provided by us)

EACH child*** in the household will get a

1. 2024 personalised certificate printed on quality card.

In addition: You are as always welcome to provide your own wrapped gifts - (please though do ensure Santa knows that you intend to do this 1 week prior to your visit). These can then be placed in a secure and dry area (such as car) for easy accessibility.

Other:

Outdoor enclosed airy spaces or gazebos can be used if you wish. (These must be supplied and set up by you).

More:

If you need longer than 15 mins (which is suited for up to 5 children) Do please book two visit slots for an added charge - ie: 2 visit slots = up to 1/2-hour £65 visit for up to 10 children) etc. which is still fantastic value for money based upon visits to Santa to other establishments per child.

***Do please provide upon booking a fact that will be repeated by Santa during the visit to authenticate the visit for a more magical experience for your family.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks for the Father Christmas booking you managed to fit in, at the last minute for our family Christmas party, on the 18th of December.

Our grandchildren are still talking about it, It was a fantastic experience and great value for money! 😉👍The grandchildren all took the keys away with them and made sure they were on display on Christmas Eve as instructed! In fact, Jaydon took his key to bed and held onto it all night! The certificates are on their walls at home!

Wow what a mammoth Christmas this has been! - Santa has just finished his visits for 2022 and has many wonderful memories at meeting you all. Some of you he has truly seen grow up over the years, others are new to us and have vowed to return - this always makes us happy. Please don’t forget to review us or upload your photos from your cookie baking moments (you can do this by sending photos and permissions to share) Most of all have a fantastically memorable Christmas with family and friends, health and happiness- we will see you in 2023!!

Well thank you to all our customers loyal and new, that’s another year of magic completed - (that’s about 220 children visited)!

For us, it was such a shame that covid had to make a last minute appearance and change the way we like to do things. But you were all marvellous and perfectly understanding- please accept our personal thanks.

Anyway, I do hope you were all happy with the homemade ‘Santa treat’ placemats (Mrs Santas first attempt at ancient screen printing on the workshop floor! - so, nothing would make us happier than to see photos of how they are being put to good use.

Your feedback and photos are always important to us - so again we ask you to spare the time to let us have a glimpse of how the magic was received in your home. I’ve attached just some of the little gifts and letters Santa received- he simply loves it when he can see children so thoughtful and caring like this.

We will endeavour to come back next year - and Santa tells me he is looking forward to a whole new fancy outfit next year! - Remember, prime slots will be available from September 2022.

Also, we are always looking for gift ideas either by household or per child - so if you have any ideas drop us a pm.

By the way Santa appears to have lost his driving sleigh licence - but don’t worry he has applied for a replacement so please household keep this as a keepsake to prove he visited you!

It is a heart wrenching decision that leads to this announcement especially when our visits are fully underway, but for all of you who have booked a Santa visit we ask politely and seek your acceptance that all visits are now conducted on the doorstep, in gazebos or in highly ventilated areas - where this is not possible do please let us know why, and we then ask that all participants wear a good fitting and recommended medical layered mask and produce a current (same day) LFT that is negative. - we are sorry but cannot accept PCR test results due to the time lapse from testing and receiving your results.

This action is due to the difficult times created by the increased transmission of Covid-19 and its variants.

The decision has been made to protect you, your families and guests as well as Santa.

2021 Santa to your home Visits bookings are underway!!

We advise booking early due to popularity- some dates are already booked up!

It is hoped that this year, there will be no changes to our visits - however COVID has not gone away totally and so we will be keeping up to date on all Government Guidance right up until the time of your visit to ensure everyone is safe...

So firstly,
If you interested in booking a 15 minute ‘Santa to your home visit’ - please may we ask that you:
Message me (only) with the following details below:
How many children in visit & town as well as preferred date/time

Dates to choose from are between Saturday 18th December - Friday 24th December 11am-9pm

This will help us to allocate towns, dates and times. (Please do not message if you do NOT intend on booking)

Areas available in 2021 are:

All Worthing areas (including Durrington/Goring)
Littlehampton areas (Including Rustington/Angmering) out to
Lancing

All other areas can be agreed by multiple visits to the area or availability only - and early booking is advised!


Each 15 minute Santa visit in 2021 is £38 per household (up to 5 children) if you require a visit for a larger party / group you will need to book 2 visit slots.

Gifts for EACH child in the household will get a 2021 certificate printed on quality card; a bag of reindeer food; a Santa key and a Hot Choc Xmas themed cone with marshmallows. (Baby’s under 1 years old will receive chocolate milky buttons large tube)

In addition each household (if you have multiple households at the visit please do ensure we know!) will receive:
A hand screen printed place mat for use on Xmas eve &
A Christmas card with a cookie recipe included.

You are welcome to provide your own wrapped gifts - (please though do ensure Santa knows that you intend to do this before your visit). These can then be placed in a secure and dry area (such as car) for easy accessibility.

Other:

Outdoor enclosed airy spaces or gazebos can be used if you wish. (These must be supplied and set up by you).

All customers are asked to be honest and open regarding any symptoms or positive test results for Covid or other infectious disorders.

Weekends leading up to our Santa visits are available for grotto and party bookings though do enquire early if you want these.

It’s all go here in Santa’s workshop - for the first time ever he is print screening by hand, his gifts for each household - he loves the fact that every placemat is unique, even with its own perfect imperfections- that’s the beauty of homemade treats! These are going to be a perfect accompaniment to your Xmas Eve celebrations
