Simply Sussex Platter: All of the main components that make up this platter are from right here in Sussex. 5 different Sussex Cheeses, 4 different Sussex Charcuterie, 2 Sussex Chutneys/ Jellies and fresh Sussex Honeycomb. It’s a stunningly tasty platter, even if I do say so myself!

A Big Birthday:

Our lovely client Lucy called us back in to help her celebrate a milestone birthday. The kids all had a separate platter of their own while the adults got to tuck into this table of dreams and as always no boring beige buffets here! 🌈

Weddings: We were lucky enough to cater some amazing weddings last year, very few of which I’ve posted about so making up for that now!

The light in this room is just incredible and the unobstructed view of the sea was breathtaking. As a venue hits all the spots.

We don’t call it the Ultimate Cheese Platter for nothing! This little beauty is crammed full of delicious cheeses that you won’t find on our other platters. 6 of them in total to fulfil all your cheesy cravings.

Here’s a pic of a kids Christmas party platter that went out last week to one of my lovely clients Sue. Today I delivered some platters to my regular client and her family and as a surprise for her little boy Archie (who is a big Lion King fan) I asked the lovely Bex from to make some biscuits for Archie, his twin Harry and big brother Ollie. As always she totally knocked it out of the park, they were just amazing and I got a big cheeky smile from Archie when he saw them. Archie is a very special little boy who has been through so much in his little life and Bex was keen to help me put a smile on his face.
