A day dedicated to L-O-V-E ❤️

One belief is that, as part of a Roman Festival, boys drew names of girls from a box. They would then be boyfriend and girlfriend during the festival (and, sometimes, even get married!). St Valentine’s name gradually started to be used by people to express their feelings to those they loved 🥰

🎄🎄 135 wreaths - that’s the amount that have left the shops doors in 8 days 🎄🎄

That’s blinking amazing!!! Thank you to ALL who have made one with me this week - you have all created the most wonderful masterpieces and have the prettiest doors in Wotton (and further afield!).

For anyone who would still like a wreath, they are some being sold at The Tortworth Estate where you can also pick up stunning Christmas trees 🎄

Wishing all my friends and customers the very happiest of Christmas seasons and thank you for making my dream come true!!! 💐🌸

I’m going to hibernate now - please wake me up when the weather is sunnier!!!

🎄🎄 I’m still open today until late, even though the Christmas Under the Edge is cancelled (which was absolutely the right decision 💨) and my door is closed to keep the heat in - so please pop in if you are passing 💐

🌲🌲 Christmas under the Edge 🌲🌲

Wotton does everything well, doesn’t it?! Especially Christmas!!!

I will be open midday until 8pm on Saturday to coincide with ‘Christmas under the Edge’ and, although I don’t have a stall on the High Street, please do have a wander down to Church Street where you can buy Christmas flowers/wreaths etc 🌲🌺🎄🌿🍂
