6,929 young lives lost to su***de over the past decade are represented by birthday balloons symbolising the birthdays these young people never had chance to celebrate.🎈

Take a Sneaky PEEK at the lovely selection of Bridal flowers we will be taking over to 'Wynnstay Arms Ruabon for their WEDDING showcase day on SUNDAY ...

Styles - choices - and budgets have changed over the years, and we are finding it much harder to promote "FRESH" flowers for weddings.

Often they are in a package with your venue or some brides choose to have ALL artificial from archways - tables , these are probably a a little cheaper than fresh flowers which BUT they can mount up the more you have .

We often advise our brides to either have one large centre piece to give them the "WOW" factor, then you could alternate different designs, with either the 3 vases ( maybe floating candles in some) , fish bowls or simple "odd bottles" , then why not put plain vases or jugs in the centre for your bridesmaids flowers to go into , so they are keeping fresh and bringing your theme of the wedding together but most importantly keeping the pennies low ... and note forgetting the flowers .. you can give them as gifts to people who have helped you with your special day ..

Harriett will be setting up the flowers on Saturday and putting some photos up of them in the venue , and there will be a few more touches she will finish with .

We found some lovely little jars of jam , that you could put on the table as favours for the ladies . The ideas are endless....

There are so many ways that your local florist will be able to advise , after all , this is what we are here for , and we'd rather keep your wedding plans as stressfree for you and also on budget..

so why not " stand out " from the crowd and have fresh flowers .

We've had a few enquiries this week regarding weddings..

YES we do all aspects of Fresh wedding flowers , from Brides - Buttonholes - bridesmaids & venues etc .

NO.. we do not hire artificial but we can highly recommend 3 different local services.

Our ADVICE ..
Pop along to get some ideas of prices either email - face book message or arrange to pop in to talk to us .

Go to other florist's too ,In wrexham we have lots of choice, get an idea of who you feel comfortable to work with , see our work , if you have images then a GOOD florist can replicate any photo and they can also show you different styles.

By going to a "SHOP" florist you not only support an independent florist but you also have a better chance of rectifying things if things do go wrong, and the florists are usually trained & knowledgeable with years of experience, or established wedding florists will show you their work etc .

There's an expression " you get what you pay for" , this is very important, there are MANY MANY grades of flowers , from cheaper varieties to the more luxury end, if you want BIG Perfumed Roses, then they will be expensive, but please remember the florist is NOT over charging on the stems of flowers, we have NO control for the prices that they are at auctions.

If you have a budget that you are working from then let us know , it is very easy to walk away as you think the florist is too expensive, but if you tell us the budget you have at least it is easier to begin with .

Check with your venue , you may have flowers in your package , or you may be able to use another florist if your prefer , it's not always set in stone.

What a driver !!
On Friday our Ron delivered a bouquet to a lady and as he walked away down the path he heard her shouting , so he popped back to see if she was OK, and was asked if he minded spiders ? Could he remove a big huge hairy one that had sat on the ceiling above where she sat !
So good old Ron got a piece of kitchen towel and removed it safely away !!

We always like to go the extra mile !
