Cancellation/no show policy

If you just re book or cancel an appointment then please give us a minimum of two hours. I understand things can happen but simply not turning up is destroying small businesses.

I now do have a cancellation charge in place. When booking the appointment online you will be asked for card details, you will NOT be charged anything unless you do not show for your appointment. I never wanted to do this but with more and more people not turning up it’s simply not fair on people who want an actual appointment or my time.

Please note- bookings must be made online, they cannot be made over the phone anymore

I really hope you continue to support me with this now in place ❤️

Should we charge for appointments?

Tonight I have been sat here since 4pm for a 4:30pm appointment not to turn up and now a 6pm appointment not to turn up. That’s 3 hours!
Not mentioning my husband having to leave work early to have to make hours back so we could collect our daughter up from school.

Is it really difficult to cancel the appointments that were booked at the weekend?
Reminders are always sent out the day before.

Please think about peoples situations and know that I myself do have a family where I could have been tonight until I wait for my 7:30pm appointment.

I know it’s been hard to understand me while I’ve sounded like lord Voldemort! Apart from that I’ve felt a lot better since the start of it all. The hard part of being self employed.

Annileen Florence is a small boutique with off the peg gowns and our re ordered gowns too. Amazing designers include Diane Legrand, Enzoani and Victoria Kay. Stunning collection of prom gowns from Coya.

Every bride is special so we recommend to make an appointment to try on dresses. You will have the whole of the boutique to yourself, no sharing changing rooms and no limit to how many dresses you try. The door is closed when your appointment is in progress so bring the bubbles and make as much noise as you like!!
