With the weather not looking so great at the moment we just wanted to give a reminder of our outdoor hire policy:
- Our equipment WILL NOT be set up if the winds are forecasted to be over 18mph, in the rain or if it is forecasted to rain. This is due to the safety of the users. In these two cases we reserve the right to cancel any booking if there is high winds or rain.
- All inflatables can only be put up on grass as we will anchor the castle into the ground. We are unable to put any inflatables on artificial grass.
- All inflatables require an additional 2ft clearance around them.
- Ensure all grass is clear before our arrival.
- Please do not allow pets on or near the equipment.
- ABC Bounce will only set up equipment on private land where you have the owners permission. We will NOT set up on land publicly owned land.

Polite reminder:

Remaining Balances
From Monday 27th June 2022, we will only be setting up once your full balance has been paid. If you are paying through bank transfer this needs to be done at least 24hours before your party. Any payments not paid by bank transfer needs to be paid in cash on the day before we set up for the party. Please note we will not set up for the party until the balance is paid. Deposit are non-refundable.

Weather
With the constant change in weather conditions a reminder that our equipment WILL NOT be set up if the winds are forecasted to be over 18mph, in rain or if it is forecasted to rain. This is due to the safety of the users. In these two cases we reserve the right to cancel any booking if there is high winds or rain.

Cancellation:
In any circumstance we require a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that if for any reason you need to cancel then please do so 48 Hours before your party (all deposit are still non-refundable). If you cancel less then 48 hours before you will be required to still pay the full balance for your party.

Set up
If we attend and the package you ordered does not fit then you are still required to pay in full for your package. It is your responsibility to check the venue is big enough.

We have a super excited as summer is just ahead of us, please message us to get booked in before as we have limited dates left available.
