Happy Beltane, folks. It's summer! I have already decided that this summer will be incredible. Regardless of my personal ups and downs, it'll be wonderful.
And to start us off with some good news - our little foodie pub on Dartmoor The Leaping Salmon got some figures yesterday, and we're roughly 64% up on sales from year one to year two!
That's seriously impressive! Our little team has done an immense job this year! I'm so proud of how far we've come Leanne Charlotte Bray Lucinda Angel Tyler, Sam, Poppy Lakeman Evelyn Bray we're going to have an incredible year three!

Sunday MAYhem session!!!

BBQ menu for Sunday evening 28th from 5pm

Lobster, ribs, jerk chicken, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, and vegetable kebabs. All cooked over a wood fire in our wonderful new bathtub BBQ.

This will be our first BBQ event of the year. If it's popular we'll do more of them.

No need to book, but portions will be limited and first come first served, so don't leave it too late if you're after something specific.

Entertainment includes Morris Dancers, steel drum band, and reggae/ funk dj's. It's going to be fabulous

Easter Sunday. Just doing what we do ❤️

Easter Sunday. Our regulars really like that we don't make a big fuss about, and charge extra for, every special occasion and just do what we do and do it well. So, just like Mother's day, our Easter Sunday roast is the same as our other Sunday roasts.

Choice of meats and proteins, unlimited fresh vegetables, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and gravy. And our full a la carte menu is also available.

Today! Roast. Followed by dancing. Followed by pizza! Happy Sunday ♥️

Good morning all. No frost today, but lots of rain. Warm yourselves beside our log fire while tucking into a tasty roast. We've got lamb rump, chicken breast, belly pork and winter squash & nut roast. More fresh veg than you can eat. Plus the full menu. All main courses remaining under £20.

Following that, we have a House and Trance night in the pub, where we clear the tables, create a dance floor and throw our arms in the air!

Pizzas will be available from 5pm to 9pm tonight if you fancy a bite in between dancing.
