We are so excited to have this on our doorstep! Badgers holt accommodation guests won’t even have to get in the car to enjoy a river dip and relax in this fabulous new sauna at the rivers edge ❤️.

Things are going to be hotting up on Dartmoor in August when we open our new sauna doors on the 1st to welcome you for a magical sauna and plunge session.

We will be open Friday-Sunday initially from 11-5pm with private bookings available outside these times.

🌿 We are Hiring!

We are looking for Super Sauna Supervisors for our new sauna on Dartmoor.

Are you someone who loves nature, enjoys working with people, and doesn’t mind a bit of hard work?

We’re launching a new sauna experience at Dartmeet, just 15 minutes from Ashburton – and we’re looking for a Sauna Supervisor to help us bring it to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing team in a unique, outdoor setting. You’ll be helping to create a peaceful, welcoming space for our guests – while also keeping the sauna fire burning (literally).
The Details:
📍 Location: Dartmoor National Park, 15 minutes from Ashburton.
💷 Pay: £14 per hour
🕒 Days: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays initially
📅 Start Date: August 2025
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming and supporting sauna guests on-site
• Lighting and maintaining the wood-fired sauna (log lifting required)
• Keeping the space clean, safe, and inviting
• Posting updates and stories to Instagram to share what’s happening
• Helping us grow a relaxed but high-quality experience from the ground up

You’ll Need To Be:
• Physically fit and happy to lift and move logs
• Confident using FB and Instagram (especially stories and posts)
• Friendly, calm, and confident with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• First Aid and/or Health & Safety training a plus (training can be provided)
• Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from August onward
