Tuesday Evenings are for CARDIO 😎🤸

Our Cardio classes are on a rota rotating through Tabata, HiiT and Boxfit so you will never ever get bored🤩⚡️

This weeks workout will be a HiiT class which is a High Intensity Interval Training session which consists of short bursts of intense workouts 🏋️

Each week we will be rotating from Toning with weights (a full body aerobic toning workout), Legs Bums n Tums (LBT) and Kettlebell session.
