A morning to reset energy, mood and wellbeing 😊

Meet other likeminded souls, join in with some feel good, restful yoga, Sound bath meditation and enjoy some well deserved down time.

Each mini retreat starts with a feel good yoga class to stretch and unwind, followed by refreshments and delicious brunch style treats.
Closing with a 1 hour deeply restful sound bath meditation.

No previous yoga or meditation experience required all welcome.
