MINDFUL Sundays - Soulful Food for thought
It's OK to take time to allow your heart to heal even though you have gotten through worse times in the past. There is no shame feeling totally deflated, very sad or upset regarding a situation you are grieving over.
This is a good time for quiet contemplation or reflection to allow your truest deepest feelings to come through by taking a quiet walk in nature or better yet to write your feelings in a private journal. Be with those feelings.
Becoming aware of the feelings that come up will allow you heart & mind to begin the healing process and deep shifts in your subconscious may occur. These gentle actions may also help you sleep better at night.
You may also ask Archangel Azrael to surround you, a person or situation with its loving energy, and bring forth ease and comfort.
If you a crystal person, you may want to hold creamy yellow calcite to bring you further peace and calm.
Healing can also be obtained by having a Reiki healing either in person or online. The choice is always yours. Listen to your heart centre for the answers that will help to honour your grief & true self. Namaste.
