York Bouncy Castle Hire Payments: Payment can be paid by Cash, bank transfer or cheque. Cash payments are to be made on delivery of the items hired.

Cheque are to be paid 7 days pior to ensure the payment has cleared before installation. Bank transfer's are to be paid at least one day in advanced. Cheques that are handled on the day may recieve a handling fee. Delivery Info: Please ensure the castle will fit into the desired area/venue, Inflatable will need on average 2 foot clearance at each slide to allow easy access. Please ensure if items

are to be used in a home garden that the castle area is free of sharp objects/glass/thorn bushes as this will damage the inflatable. Also ensure the area is free of animal excrement. Cancellations: We do not require deposits on most of our items, however if you need to cancel an item please ensure you give us plenty of time, a few days notice at least is required. Cancellations on delivery will require upto 50% payment on all items that were booked and cancelled. Party cones will also need to be cancelled a few days proir before the items are purchased and made up. Sizes: If you are hiring a large item, please ensure the area/venue/hall is the correct size. Also it hiring a tall item or castle please ensure if going indoor that the floor to ceiling height is enough to fit the item in. Damages/Cleaning: The signee will be solely responisble for the items care. If the item is damaged by neglegance the signee will be responisble to pay for the damage. Whilst hiring an item we understand with bad weather etc, sometimes items can get marked/slightly dirty, however if the delivery driver collects the item in an unfit state he is liable to issue a cleaning charge, this is also the signee's responsibility.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a an ongoing dispute on fb over company names. I can confirm this has nothing to do with this page/company. We have spoke to Pete who has confirmed it is his brother setting up a new - York bouncy castle hire. We have used this name for 11 years and stopped trading a good 3 years ago.

Required to join our team - Delivery driver - required most weekends (seasonal work), must hold full driving license, own large car but ideally van as that will make it easier, must be able to lift heavy items, have a polite & friendly attitude. Pay is per castle, good little money earner.
