Lovely dinner party:
To start - Yorkshire fish platter or Yorkshire breakfast which includeds, quails scotch egg, locally sourced black pudding, julienne of crispy bacon, shallots, salted grilled vine leaf tomatoes.

Followed by rack of lamb with a cranberry and red wine jus , topped with a garlic and rosemary crust.

Trio of desserts: freshly made mango and gin sorbet, chocolate & raspberry mousse, mini brandy snap basket filled with Eaton mess.

Great wedding yesterday, even with the lighting, wind and heavy rain , the team did a tremendous job. The food was delicious and Wills Marquees looked as always fantastic .

The wedding party certainty didn’t let the weather dampen their 🎉 party
