My mum told me this morning that today is the ninth anniversary of the opening day of Glory Days. Little could I have dreamed that the business would have grown and evolved as it has, and that I'd have moved to much bigger premises and be employing three amazing ladies nine years later! The tears, the exhaustion, the aching knees from cutting out fabric on the floor, the 70-hour working weeks, the mental meltdowns, they have all been worth it. Man, what a ride it has been.

It seems like the opportune moment to close this chapter, so this will be my last official Glory Days post. (For those of you not already in the know, we're merging the two sides of my business and rebranding the whole under the name ). Tomorrow we shoot the next collection for Rolling In Roses and we could not be more excited to show you all the new designs! So hop on over there for behind-the-scenes action and peeks of the new pieces.

I want to say thanks to each and every bride who has come along with us on this crazy journey. It's been an honour and a pleasure to make your dream dresses a reality! Goodnight Glory Days, it's been emotional. Here's to more glorious days ahead.
