Built in 1863, the Granary is the oldest part of Woolas Barn. With authentic barn doors and a stunning double-height ceiling entrance, this is the social hub of the venue. Featuring a rustic bar, reception area and most importantly space to strut your stuff when the music starts. Upstairs lie two cosy snugs providing the perfect place to enjoy a chat with old friends over a cocktail or two!

🌾 HELLO & WELCOME 🌾

It’s been a while since we introduced ourselves and we’ve recently gained a lot of new followers so it felt like the right time to say… HELLO 👋

Built in 1863, Woolas Barn is based on a family-run, 400 acre, working farm. Since opening the doors, it has been our intent, as a family, to make sure that every wedding that happens here is bespoke and personal hence the reason we only hold one a week through 9 months of the year.

When we are not coordinating weddings or topping up fire pits with logs, we can be found working the land or walking the fields of sheep.

We absolutely love seeing couples tie the knot in what used to be The Stables - now The Ceremony Room. With a vaulted ceiling, original timbers and brickwork, this part of the venue is the perfect place for the most precious part of your day.
