Between 1400 on the 11th DECEMBER and 0520 on the 12th DEC a CAT 432 LOADER Machine was stolen from the GILBERDYKE Area.
If you were travelling along the B1230 between these times and have dashcam footage or any information relating to this incident, please contact Humberside Police on 101 Quoting Log 0048 of the 12th DECEMBER 2024.
Alternatively call Crimestopper's anonymously on 0800 555 111.

If you own Plant Machinery, please ensure they are secured to reduce the opportunity for thieves.

Remember the 3 x R's of Rural Crime Prevention:

RECORD - Record serial numbers, make/model, descriptions and photographs of your vehicles and equipment

REPORT - Report suspicious behaviour (vehicles and people) and crimes even if you feel there is nothing that can be done

REVIEW - Review your farm and home security, can it be improved?

To assist us in identifying stolen property please consider property marking high value items using Forensic Marking or UV pens. You are also advised to register property at www.immobilise.com which is a free on-line property register used by police forces nationwide to reunite stolen goods to their owners. All you have to do is register on-line and then upload properties electrical items serial numbers.

Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity at night to police on 999.

Good luck to everyone taking part in The Yorkshire Marathon on Sunday 20th.

Everyone's marathon training is going really well and we're on countdown to the 20th October 2024.

The Birchwood team will be taking to the streets of York and taking part in this year's The Yorkshire Marathon in memory of the practice's founder, Michael, raising money for St Leonard's Hospice. 🌻
Members of the Birchwood team will be taking part in the Corporate Relay while Michael's wife, dad and brother - Claire, John and Neil - will be taking on the full 26 miles! 🏃‍♀🏃🏻🏃🏼
Thank you so much to everyone who has already generously donated to St Leonard's Hospice in Michael's memory. There is still time for you to pledge your support to the Birchwood team of runners. 🌻
