We hosted a cook event in Tabakhmela today, especially to celebrate with TBX neighbors, police, friends. Mostly, we cooked bone-in chicken thighs and hot dogs, but we also trial-cooked three turkeys as practice in preparation for next week's smoking of Thanksgiving holiday turkeys. They were looking pretty great!

SMOKED TURKEYS FOR AMERICAN THANKSGIVING

We will have 30 smoked Thanksgiving turkeys ready (fully cooked and then refrigerated*) on or after Saturday, 20 November 2021. Thirty is our limited supply, so it's first-come, first-served.

The smoked turkeys are 6kg (13 lbs), and we are selling them at our cost = $40 each.

Any donations above that price will be accepted and applied to the humanitarian aid projects for which we are fundraising.

*Warming-up instructions will be provided.
