Most days you will find our founder Chaz Kyser in yoga pants and flipflops, but last night we got this, lol!

8 random things to know about her:

1. She is African American but in her next life wants to be Ewe, and adoped the name "Kekeli (light)."
2. She's lived here since 2016, first arriving as part of the US Embassy community and later transitioning to a "foreigner making it work" in Ghana.
3. Her mom, sister ,brother-in-law , neice
and nephew all live in Ghana too! Everyone is from Texas.
4. She's a speaker and author on women's empowerment and career development. Check out chazkyser.com
5. Her fav local dish is okra stew, but she will only eat it with eba and when Auntie Bella cooks it . . .
6. She's currently reading "Every Good Endeavor: Connecting Your Work to God's Work." Someone left it on our community bookshelf. Thank you!!
7. She loves being out in nature and is always looking for places to put her feet in the grass.
8. She has the bad habit of playing music over and over until everyone is tired of it. Right now "The Blessing" live by Elevation Worship" is on repeat.
