Oak Legacy Multimedia currently has five (5) fields of specialty which they focus on during its scope of operations in dealing with the youth. The fields of specialty do include:
The education aspect focuses on teaching the youth about topic like personal building, self-assertiveness, human reproductive systems, environmental building, environmental protection, patriotism, humility, tolerance,
entrepreneurship, nationalism, the constitution and other topics that impacts the youth and children positively. Creation of awareness seeks to open the eyes and minds of the youth about the normal happenings and occurrences in our environment and how our actions affect these occurrences. It seeks to enlighten and brighten the scope of learning and thoughts of the youth of our modern day society. Here, we clear all doubts, assumptions and misconceptions and expose the youth to the realities of the event or happenings and the consequences of the actions of the youth on the events or happenings of society. Self-Assertiveness is another field where the youth are made aware of the capabilities they carry. Here, the youths and children are educated their rights and accompanying responsibilities; how to demand, ask or request for things without being aggressive or violent; they are taught the several ways of fighting for fairness without being violent; they are taught how to be bold and courageous and strong; they are taught the act of public speaking and self-confidence building among other similar things. Operation Practice What You Learn also is a field of action and the most practical of all the areas of focus. Students are taken through the very practical aspects of what they learn every day or are taught every day. It includes activities such as visiting the nation’s tourist sites and using the practical equipment and taking the youth outside the normal classroom activities. They are given a practical experience on what they are or have been taught since childhood but have not gotten the avenue or the opportunity to use or feel or experience the practical aspects of them. The Entertainment aspects simply puts ‘All work and no play, makes jack a dull boy’ into practice. All the above activities are joined together through entertainment and fun. Youths and children are given free tickets, coupons, souvenirs, awards among other things during our yearly events to make them enjoy the whole process. Pool parties, get together events, by-the-fire-side, bon-fire nights, camping, awards nights among others are some of the things students get to experience and feel entertainment at its peak.
