For each of our packages, you will have access to your own expert planner, so that you do not have to worry about making calls, bookings or arrangements for your wedding day, we will do it all for you and support you on the things that you need to action yourselves. We will be there on your wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Jeanette and the team will:
💒 Be your point of contact for all administration and correspondence throughout your wedding planning
👍 Book your chosen wedding date and time with the local registry office and registrar, confirming the same by email
🎉 Book and confirm the date with the ceremony locations respectively, confirming the same by email
📝 Check all documentation in advance to avoid any surprises on the day of registration, confirming by email
🌸 Meet with the Wedding coordinator on the day of registration to fill out the required forms
💰 Pay Fees to notary and Registry office as these are included in all packages
💑 Accompany you to the Registry office to sign the affidavits and apply for the special marriage license so you do not have to worry about what to do

Looking back at our 2024 season, we had some lovely celebrations this year… just a few friends and family members for a cosy micro wedding, but we also filled the Ballroom on Sunborn for a more traditional wedding reception 🎉🍾🥳 💃💍
