Wow! We are still buzzing with excitement from what was truly one of, if not, the best event we have ever created.

To all the incredible local DJs, who stepped it up and showcased some absolute bangers. ‘Move Like Me’ boys who warmed things up at the start and then showed us all what they really get up to back home, hats off!

With a significant increase we take notes and learn from every event. There are areas that simply need improving for ultimate attendee satisfaction. There are also issues such as our main headliner not being able to attend, that are out of our control. But hey, that’s events for you, we never know what can happen.

A huge shoutout to our amazing friends and family who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. Some even stepped into the token booth when things got busy.

To our main stakeholders, Lewis Stagnetto, Fresh Entertainment, KAM, Tentacion, Noelle Laguea, Stefan Laguea, Rafa and his team. Thank you for believing in our vision and helping make this event a success.

And of course, the most important part of this message. YOU! THE ATTENDEES. It’s emotional seeing everyone absolutely loving it. But this would not be what it is if it wasn’t for not just your presence, but your vibe too. No tenemos palabras para esto.

And finally, this event happened in Gibraltar! A unique and new location! Doing things differently!

We can’t wait to do it all over again next year!

The world of music moves forward through consistent work from certain individuals that constantly experiment and push the boundaries of sound into the unknown, searching for a new perspective on the already existing and build new movements from the ground up, Laidlaw has shown to be one of these creatives for the new generation of party-goers.

With firm footing in the city of London, Laidlaw has become a trailblazer with his sound, which intertwines a wide collection of house and garage with lashings of spaced out funk igniting dance floors with energy each and every time he steps into the booth.

The Beeyou Co-Founder has created a movement with his brand in recent years with a heavy focus on creating the ultimate atmosphere to get lost in sound, with a string of events that have taken the UK by storm, changing the way people party.

His journeys at both FUSE and Infuse events are a clear depiction of his forward thinking approach to music, always moving forward with each step, into the unknown and unconquered paths of the underground.

He will take this event off to another level being our main headliner for the night.

Jezen has been carving out a space in the electronic music scene. His productions have gained support and recognition from names such as Marco Carola, Chris Stussy, Michael Bibi, Rossi, Herodot, and Rich Nxt, among others. He has played in Manchester and Ibiza in the last year, where in his sets he navigates multiple genres in a unique way, bringing a fresh sound every time. He has honed his craft and developed a sound that is truly his own.

Co-founder of and certainly no newbie to the scene with a dedicated following since a young age.
joins us at Peninsula Events: Take OFF

Currently in completion of an electronic music production course based out of Manchester, this avenue has given him the platform to start making a name for himself by establishing and refining his production style and sound, which is heavily influenced by acclaimed music labels such as Solid Grooves and Music On.

His passion and dedication has led him to receive support on his latest unreleased tracks as well as playing abroad in a small island in Italy opposite Naples, Ischia. Recently, he was given the opportunity to debut for Dance on Arrival, one of UK’s biggest labels at their Brighton showcase.

He has also supported and played alongside heavy hitting artists from around the world, garnering a solid reputation.

We’ve wanted him part of our lineup for some time, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this experience with him.

Doran, a Gibraltar-based DJ/producer currently studying in Liverpool. He is a resident for local label . With over 5 years of experience and playing at various gigs in Gibraltar and the UK, he is one of the brightest upcoming talents Gibraltar has to offer. Dorans performances have given him the opportunity to share the stage with some household names in the scene, such as Chris Stussy, Sweely and Kolter.

The Horizon lads join us this year for Peninsula Events: Take OFF. First up:

DJ and producer, Dayan has made a name for himself in the electronic music scene. As a co-owner of the esteemed local label “Horizon,” he is influencing the sound and direction of the underground music community.

Over the course of five years, Dayan has played at numerous prestigious events. His performances have allowed him to share the stage with renowned artists such as Ben Sterling, Locklead, Hector Couto, and Cuartero.

With a deep appreciation for the art of DJing and a keen ear for cutting-edge sounds, Dayan continues to push boundaries and inspire fellow artists.

First up: Freddie Speight.

Founder of Move Like Me, has been a crucial member of the party since its creation. Having thrown events in clubs, unused locations and everything in between across Manchester, as well as playing further afield in some of the best venues across the north of England, he knows how to curate a vibe on the dancefloor. With a growing back catalogue of unreleased music and vast selection in his collection, his arsenal is prepared for any situation.
