EAASP Gala Dinner at St Michael's cave last night. We collaborated with the Rock Hotel on the catering service. A great experience with the Gibraltar Regiment cavaliers performing and bringing their grace and an emotional closure to a night of hard but very rewarding work. It was an absolute pleasure. Today was a very special day as David Clemence teacher and initiator of our Plant to Plate school gardening and cooking club at Loreto Convent school walked me round the garden. I'm so excited about this project they have done an amazing job in such a short amount of time. Their seeds were washed out by the rains a few weeks ago and they cracked on and just replanted and now look at the fruits of their labour. Thank you to our sponsors Skyfire Insurance. Can't wait to start the the cooking workshops with the rhubarb in two weeks time. And with very soon have the participation of Bettina Bordi, Super Ambassador for Jamie Oliver in Spain, we are very lucky indeed. Today was a very happy bright day for me as I've been dreaming about this for many years. So many children involved too ., David you are so inspiring to me.
