BREAKING: Awa Gambia has fired her manager, Ali Wally.

In a press statement, Mr. Wally aknowled receipt of a formal termination letter from Awa Gambia on Friday, January 3.

"I [,] Ali Wally [,] acknowledge receipt of a formal termination letter from Awa Gambia on Friday, January 3rd, 2025, ending my tenure as her manager.

"While this marks the conclusion of a significant chapter in my career, I remain deeply proud of the remarkable milestones we achieved together during our partnership," the statement reads.

Reflecting on their partnership, Wally expressed pride in the milestones achieved, including the release of Awa Gambia's debut album, 'Taking Over', in 2022 and her groundbreaking success at the Wahk Sa Halat Award, where she became the first female artist to win both Artist of the Year and Album of the Year.
