Βασιλόπιτα χωρίς μίξερ

Συστατικά
360 γρ. ζάχαρη
380 γρ. αλεύρι
25 γρ. μπέικιν πάουντερ
6 αυγά
150 γρ. ηλιέλαιο
130 γρ. Γάλα
2 βανιλίνες
Ξύσμα από ένα πορτοκάλι
220 γρ. λιωμένο βούτυρο
άχνη
αμύγδαλα φιλέ
*
* Σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύουμε τη ζάχαρη, το αλεύρι, το μπέικιν πάουντερ και τις βανιλίνες Ξύσμα από ένα πορτοκάλι θες γιατί το βγάλε
* Σε άλλο μπολ σπάμε τα αυγά, προσθέτουμε το ηλιέλαιο, το Γάλα ανακατεύουμε.
* Ρίχνουμε το μείγμα των υγρών στο μείγμα των στερεών και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν.
* Προσθέτουμε το λιωμένο βούτυρο και συνεχίζουμε το ανακάτεμα.
* Αδειάζουμε το μείγμα σε ένα ταψί 26-28 εκ. με λαδόκολλα και βάζουμε το φλουρί.
* Ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στον αέρα στους 170 για περίπου 35′-40′.
* Αφήνουμε να κρυώσει τελείως και πασπαλίζουμε με ζάχαρη άχνη και αμύγδαλα φιλέ ψημένα.
