🆕🆕🆕 apartment fully renovated in January 2023 in well-connected location. It is in 3rd floor with elevator. Two rooms have access to balcony. One of them does not have balcony.

It is fully furnished with all new equipment and furniture. It is located near to metro, bus stations, supermarkets, banks, post office and shops.

It is a perfect choice for students from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). And tourists who want to live closed by city centre.
