Part One of our Floral Residency at Costa Del Stevns 🌻🌸

Our first days at the farm, working entirely with what was growing around us.

We gathered flowers straight from the garden — hydrangeas, Japanese anemones, rudbeckia, verbena and other seasonal stems — and started composing with Carla C. Hjort collection of vases, moving the arrangements around the house and finding different places for them to live.🏺💐🏡

Around us, Leon was watering and looking after the garden with extra care. 🚿✨

We also spent time exploring the fields and the nature surrounding the farm, foraging for wild flowers and whatever else caught our eye along the way. More to come! 🪴🌞🌼🪻

A celebration of love in Sifnos. 🌻🏺
The ceremony took place at the chapel of the Seven Martyrs, followed by dinner at the Monastery of Panagia tou Vounou.🌸 Together with Destination Wedding Planner Greece and Natassa Blazaki we created a celebration inspired by Sifnian tradition, with food cooked over open fires, local ceramics and flowers inspired by the colours and textures of the island.🌞

A first glimpse from our trip to one of Asia’s largest flower and plant markets. 🌸🌻🍄

Aphrodite’s house feels a bit like a kindergarten for our flowers. 🌸🌼🌷
We keep finding strange vessels, moving things around, trying combinations that maybe shouldn’t work — and somehow do.
This time the house was filled with sweet peas, lily of the valley, fritillaria, muscari, foxgloves and a few impossible irises.
Some ended up inside silver cups, others inside ostrich eggs, crystal bowls or old vases we forgot we even had available to play with. 🏺🥚🪺
No rules really, until the whole house starts feeling slightly unreal.

For the third year in a row, we spent Easter at . By now, Spring and Easter rituals of the place have become part of our own rhythm too. 🌻🌸🐣

This year, alongside the Easter candles, we also worked on Manna’s Epitaphios. Together with the guests, we spent the morning decorating, singing, weaving garlands, and working with ferns, flowers, and other foliage, keeping everything natural and close to the landscape around us.

The procession began at the small stone chapel near the hotel, moved through the forest, and it all became a warm, and special moment that we all shared together. 🌲🌸💜

The candle is made from natural beeswax.
