One week has passed since the curtains closed on the unforgettable Production Designers Gathering 2024, yet the energy and inspiration linger on. Reflecting on a week filled with creativity, collaboration, and breakthrough moments, we are immensely proud of our team’s achievements in bringing this event to life on the stunning island of Spetses.
Throughout a dynamic five-day program, our talented team rose to each challenge with passion, innovation, and grace.

Here’s to many more events that inspire, connect, and elevate us all!

On October 28th, 1940, Greek Prime Minister Ioannis Metaxas famously responded with a firm "No" (Greek: «ΟΧΙ» or "Oxi") to an ultimatum from Italian Prime Minister Benito Mussolini, demanding that Italy's forces be allowed to occupy strategic locations in Greece. This refusal marked Greece's entry into World War II, as Italy, an Axis power and ally of N**i Germany, immediately invaded Greece.
Contrary to Mussolini's expectations, the Greeks mounted a successful defense and even pushed the Italian forces back into Albania, a remarkable achievement. Greece's resistance was one of the first significant setbacks for the Axis powers in the war. Although Greece eventually fell to N**i occupation in April 1941, the country's defiance remains a source of national pride, celebrated every year as "Oxi Day" in remembrance of this bold act of resistance against fascism and tyranny.

Our office will be closed during this national public holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, October 29.

Στις 28 Οκτωβρίου του 1940, το "Όχι" της Ελλάδας στις προσταγές του Μουσολίνι σηματοδότησε την γενναία είσοδο της χώρας στον Β' Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο. Αντιμετωπίζοντας τις αντιξοότητες, η Ελλάδα απέκρουσε τις ιταλικές δυνάμεις, προκαλώντας μία από τις πρώτες μεγάλες ήττες των Δυνάμεων του Άξονα. Αν και η Ελλάδα έπεσε υπό ναζιστική κατοχή το 1941, το θάρρος που επιδείχθηκε παραμένει σύμβολο εθνικής υπερηφάνειας και γιορτάζεται ετησίως την "Ημέρα του Όχι" ως φόρος τιμής στην αντίσταση του έθνους κατά της τυραννίας.

Την 28η Οκτωβρίου γιορτάζουμε την επέτειο του ΟΧΙ και τα γραφεία μας θα μείνουν κλειστά.

Days 4 & 5 of the Congress 2024 in Thessaloniki 🇬🇷brought exciting discussions on avalanche risk management and advanced rescue technologies.
The exhibition showcased cutting-edge gear, while the sessions dove into life-saving innovations.

Attendees also enjoyed the members’ excursion, with visits to the stunning waterfalls in Edessa and the historical treasures of Ancient Pella.
