My name is Giorgos Georgoudakis and I was born in 1982 in the province of Chania, in the island of Crete, Greece, in a small village called Cherethiana.

In 2001, after finishing high school, I moved about 180 kilometers due east to study at the Engineering Department of the Technical Institute of Heraklion. Since 2004, I work in the manufacturing industry as an R&D engineer specializing in product design and product development data management. In 2013 I decided to turn my favorite hobby into a profession by photographing my first wedding and sinc

I spend most of my spare time doing weird experiments with my camera gear and I enjoy epic fantasy books and Formula 1 (the only true sport for gentlemen ;-)). But, enough about me…

Το όνομα μου είναι Γιώργος Γεωργουδάκης και γεννήθηκα το 1982 στην στην επαρχία Κισσάμου Χανίων σε ένα μικρό χωριό που λέγεται Χαιρεθιανά.

Το 2001 αφού τελείωσα το σχολείο μεταφέρθηκα 180 χιλιόμετρα ανατολικότερα για να σπουδάσω στο τμήμα Μηχανολογίας του ΤΕΙ Ηρακλείου.

Απο το 2004 εργάζομαι στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο ως μηχανικός με εξειδίκευση στον τρισδιάστατο σχεδιασμό και στην διαχείριση δεδομένων ανάπτυξης προϊόντων.

Το 2013 αποφάσισα να μετατρέψω το αγαπημένο μου χόμπι σε επάγγελμα φωτογραφίζοντας τον πρώτο μου γάμο και από τότε δε μπορώ να σταματήσω…

Περνάω ακόμα και τον ελάχιστο ελεύθερο μου χρόνο κάνοντας περίεργα πειράματα, στα οποία σχεδόν πάντα συμμετέχει η φωτογραφική μου μηχανή και μου αρέσουν τα βιβλία επικής φαντασίας και η Formula 1 (το μόνο αληθινό σπορ για κυρίους ;-)).
