๐ฌ๐ท Greek Breakfast, Reimagined ๐ฝ๏ธ
Assigned by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and the Ministry of Tourism, RSVP was proud to help bring Greeceโs rich gastronomic heritage to the forefront through an event that showcased the Greek Breakfast Initiativeโa program that connects gastronomy with Greek hospitality.
Our aim? To fuse culinary heritage with a refined guest experience for a truly remarkable gathering of esteemed women.
๐ฝ๏ธ The buffet, with the aid of chef and restaurateur Argyro Koutsou and curated by Popi Begnis , celebrated seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with recipes deeply rooted in regional tradition and sustainable practices.
๐ฅง Every recipe told a storyโof place, of memory, of care.
Like the pie that brought together trahana from Mount Parnassos, feta from Lesvos, spinach from Marathon, olive oil from Zakynthos, salt from Mani, and wild herbs from Mount Ymittos. A quiet gathering of five regions in one bite. To us, this is heritage.
๐ฟ Custom signage described each dish. Decor infused with Greek natural elementsโherbs, olive branches, and wildflowersโtransformed the buffet into a multisensory experience.
๐ค During the second part of the event, food journalist Eleni Psychouli, the participating women producers, and the chef shared stories, insights, and reflections that enriched the experienceโprompting guests from across cultures to engage in meaningful conversations, compare traditions, and celebrate the universal language of food.
