Florian Donderer brings a rare combination of finesse and authority to the stage. Known for his distinctive voice as soloist, chamber musician and artistic leader, he moves effortlessly between the worlds of quartet, orchestra and festival with an instinct for connection. As longtime concertmaster of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and first violin of the Signum Quartet, Florian shapes music from within — never imposing, always inviting. At MIMF 2025, he returns not just as a performer, but as pulse: steady, searching, and alive to every turn of CHAOS.

Rooted in community and tradition, the Choir of the Cultural Association of the Moria Women of Le**os brings together eighteen voices united by a deep love of Greek music and poetry. Since 2014, their singing has echoed through the ancient arches of the Roman Aqueduct in Moria, celebrating heritage and harmony. Now under the direction of maestro Pelopidas Pinellis, with pianist Ourania Prassinou, they join the CHAOS of Molyvos with songs that remember, resist, and rejoice.

Με ρίζες στην κοινότητα και την παράδοση, η Χορωδία του Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου Γυναικών Μόριας Λέσβου ενώνει δεκαοχτώ φωνές με κοινό παρονομαστή την αγάπη για την ελληνική μουσική και ποίηση. Από το 2014, το τραγούδι τους αντηχεί στις καμάρες του Ρωμαϊκού Υδραγωγείου στη Μόρια, γιορτάζοντας την παράδοση και την αρμονία. Υπό τη διεύθυνση του μαέστρου Πελοπίδα Πηνέλλη και με τη συνοδεία της πιανίστριας Ουρανίας Πρασσίνου, συμμετέχουν στο ΧΑΟΣ του Μολύβου με τραγούδια που θυμούνται, αντιστέκονται και γιορτάζουν.

Με μαγνητική παρουσία και αξιοθαύμαστη καθαρότητα στον ήχο της, η Antje Weithaas βυθίζεται στον κόσμο του Beethoven, της Gubaidulina, του Widmann και άλλων, αναζητώντας πάντα την ουσία και αδιαφορώντας για το εντυπωσιακό. Εκφράζεται μέσα από το βιολί της. Με πάθος για το ουσιαστικό στη μουσική, επεξεργάζεται κάθε φράση με ευαισθησία και χάρη. Μαθητής του εμβληματικού Sir Yehudi Menuhin, σήμερα θεωρείται ένας από τους σπουδαιότερους βιολονίστες της γενιάς του. Σήμερα, Πέμπτη 8 Μαΐου 2025, στις 7.30μμ, σας περιμένουμε στην καταληκτική συναυλία του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος του Φεστιβάλ, ΜΟ-ΤΟ KEY, στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Μυτιλήνης. Τρεις υπέροχοι μουσικοί, η Beste Yali, ο Emirhan Serin και ο Gökhan Şahin Alpay θα δώσουν συναυλία είναι ανοιχτή για το κοινό με ελεύθερη είσοδο, παρουσιάζοντας στο κοινό την πρόοδο που έκαναν οι μαθητές στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος, γιορτάζοντας παράλληλα τη μουσική δημιουργία σε ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά σημεία πολιτισμού του νησιού.
