Movement improvisation classes with Noa for people who seek to reconnect with their moving - playful body.

July and September Only

Both classes will focus on how to find grounding within ourselves by working with the quality of improvisation, change and flow to our advantage.

Mondays 18:00-19:30 - The practice will be a bit more dynamic as we practice how to feel grounded within a group.

On Wednesdays 9:00-10:15 - A soft practice to reconnect to our center and softly activate motion in our body.
