How do you combine fun and work?🎲 Take a look at team-building activity that encompasses the excitement of casino with training. From Black Jack and Roulette to Bingo and Monopoly, all traditional games were adjusted to strategic training goals.
We have created 12 “Casino” stations where delegates rotated throughout the activity. The casino feeling was given with green printed tablecloths that each represented one game, department leaders, who were appointed to master the tables dressed as croupiers and of course a typical casino style set-up.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project and Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, ex*****on, and closing of events, ensuring that they meet or exceed client expectations. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Event Implementation: Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and ex*****on, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.

Client Communication: Act as the main communication link with clients throughout the project, ensuring prompt, clear, and pleasant interactions.

Supplier Coordination: Work with multiple suppliers, ensuring they meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to guarantee successful project implementation.

Creative Contribution: Provide creative ideas and actively seek new solutions for clients.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any subject.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing complex corporate events.

Planning and budgeting
Task organization and time management
Team management and interpersonal skills
Event Logistics: Strong understanding of the logistical aspects of event planning and production.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a serious, positive attitude towards work.

Personality: Proactive, positive, and energetic.
