The design and implementation of the exhibition "Raiment of the Soul", a collaboration between Papageorgiou Foundation and the National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation (Μορφωτικό Ίδρυμα Εθνικής Τραπέζης - ΜΙΕΤ), gave us the opportunity to see Greek tradition through an unexpected prism.
We hope that it will work in the same way for those who visit!

Major throwback to one of the greatest events SYMVOLI has ever held!
Our collaboration with the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction marked its beginning in 2020 and during the hottest days of summer 2023, SYMVOLI faced one of its’ biggest challenges yet… 2700 participants from 50+ countries flooding the streets of Thessaloniki for EARLI 2023. And we thrived every step of the way!

Our wishes will transform to fruit trees that will be purchased & planted in the first Food Forest* of Thessaloniki, in collaboration with the environmental organization Mamagea**

EARLI 2023 | Education as hope in uncertain times
Hope: a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen [archaic: a feeling of trust]
They trusted us back in March 2020,
We went through a long period of uncertainty during the pandemic, But we always kept our hope that we will eventually welcome EARLI 2023 delegates in Thessaloniki.
And here we are! ‘Sowing the seeds’ of hope….
It’s #InternationalMuseumDay and we couldn’t resist quoting Jeanie Kahke as she said “It’s not a museum. It’s not a place of artifacts; it’s a place of ideas.”
And as places of ideas, SYMVOLI is honored to collaborate with multiple museums, either for different cultural projects or exploring them as hosting venues for events.🏛️
Because visiting museums not only enriches our minds and souls, but museums are key contributors to the well-being and to the sustainable development of our communities.

As the weather is warming up, SYMVOLI’s projects are getting on the final track, waiting for their turn to bloom! Four (4) conferences in three (3) different locations and several cultural projects/events are on their way up until July.
🔹3rd World Congress of Existential Therapy : under the title ‘Living in the Here and Now: Embracing our roots. Creating our future.’ participants explore issues of our existence in an Athenian context.
🔹Biotechnologia: SYMVOLI and Fondation Santé are counting years of mutually trusted cooperation, with this year’s meeting taking place in Crete.
🔹Ipst2023: an international conference on Power Systems Transients bringing together experts from all over the world, hosted in Thessaloniki.
🔹ENDE 2023: an international workshop on Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation, organized for the 26th time, this year in Thessaloniki.
🔹Cultural Society [Πολιτιστική Εταιρεία] : an all-year-around partnership resulting in exciting projects that aim to promote and highlight Thessaloniki’s cultural heritage and contemporary cultural creation, such as www.mataroa.gr
🔹Agora Modiano: a new collaboration for SYMVOLI, a challenge to design hype events that will add another vibe to the new talk of the town!
