thank you so much for coming on Sunday to our Wild Cocktail pop-up at Xibalba. We loved seeing so many familiar and new faces that day. Some of our favourite moments captured for those who could not join us and our recipe for our Camomile Blossom for you to try at home ~
𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴
▸ muddling orange wedge
▸ 3/4oz freshly squeezed lime juice
▸ 3/4oz chamomile syrup
▸ 1 1/2oz gin (we used Bombay Gin for its subtle sweetness and hints of piney juniper)
𝘔𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥
~ gently muddle one piece of orange and 3/4oz chamomile syrup with a muddler in the shaker. avoid twisting or over muddling
~ add lime and gin and shake
~ strain over ice and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice
~ top with a little soda water for the extra refreshing fizz
