Bass Player

Career
‍She began her multi-instrumentalist career under the influence of her mother, a piano teacher at the National Conservatory of Music "Germán Alcántara", with whom she studied piano at home for a few years. She has made independent studies of bass, guitar, percussion and violin.

Music Projects
Current member of the Choca Blues, Tree_O and Volare projects. She recorded the album Shuckin 'n' Jivin' (Choca Blues) in 2023.

We couldn't be prouder of the evolution of the jazz fest production and experience from the last edition to this one.

The meticulous planning, incredible teamwork, and seamless ex*****on have elevated the experience of the festival creation to new heights, and all that, with the intention of providing the staff, artists and attendees with unforgettable musical experiences and help foster a vibrant community of jazz enthusiasts.

Guitarist

CAREER
Trained at the Academia Estudio Musical and private teachers, particularly with the teacher Raúl Maquin from the rock group Caballo Loco. He has won two awards in the Free Press Talent Tour and has participated in classical music ensembles. Scholarship at the Vonkelemen University in Costa Rica for Musical Production.

Carlos Rangel, a local legend in Panajachel is a talented and versatile pianist and guitarist. For years he toured the world playing in tropical and salsa bands before returning to his home in Sololà.

These days he is part of the house band, Trova del Lago in the Circus Bar. He became friends with Bruno years ago and has been accompanying him recently.

Multi-instrumentalist musician, singer, percussionist, director and music producer

Guatemalan percussionist who has lived in Panajachel for some years and over time has become the session drummer for a good number of local and foreign artists.

This time, he will be performing with Tree-O, delighting us with renowned contemporary and standard jazz songs.

Bio
Percussionist Noel Vasquez is the 1st call sideman for musicians around Atitlan. Besides playing with visiting artists, he regularly plays with Carlos Rangel, Vagamundo and Bruno.
