Today we took a trip to Latin America with our menu!
We had
1.Mexican Rice (Arroz Mexicano)
2.Potates Stuffed with cheese (Papas Rellenas de queso).
3. Stir fried Vegetables (Verduras salteadas)
Paired with one of 3 meat options
1. BBQ chicken (Pollo Asado)
2. BBQ pork (Cerdo Asado) or
3. Fish (trout) Sauteed in butter with onions and tomatoes ( Pescado Salteado con mantequilla, cebolla y tomates).....
