Just under a week until we celebrate the 15th edition of ESCAPE. For the first time ever we are hosing both a pre party & main party so make sure you bring your best dancing shoes 💪🏻

Our last DJ over both events is Stephen Hinch. With approximately 15 years of DJ experience behind him, he has played in some of the best clubs across the UK, Europe & Asia for many iconic brands such as Trance Sanctuary, Connect Ibiza, Elevation, Rave MaMa, ESCAPE, RaveMasterz and more.

On the night you can catch him playing a rare closing set so expect the energy to go through the roof till the very end.

Our third DJ for the 15th edition of ESCAPE is Don Octavius. Don is no stranger to being behind the decks for us with his first appearance coming at our second ever event.

He opened that night but this time round he will play a tech trance set with chunky beats and spine-tingling synths.

Forever on the hunt for new and interesting tunes, the Hong Kong born DJ has been a musician since the age of 4, playing percussion in his school concert and jazz bands. After discovering electronic music in high school, he learned to mix and eventually found a niche performing a wide array of genres.

For Don Octavius/Caius Chung, there is never a shortage of great tracks to throw down on the decks and no greater joy than watching the dance-floor light up.

Incase you missed our recent post, we announced a free pre party at Sleepyhead before Social Room. That’s approximately 9hrs of all the best in progressive & trance 😎

Our second DJ on the 1st of March is the mighty Papa Bear 🐻

This Aussie DJ brings the vibes, and whether he is spinning melodic house and progresssive tunes, or playing banging uplifting trance sets you always know you will be guaranteed a good time! Papa Bear is well known from his sets for Rave Mama, ESCAPE, RaveMasterz, and the Anjunafamily HK’s parties. This time round he will play euphoric melodies that leave you wanting more & more 🙌🏻

Just over two weeks until we have the 15th solo edition of ESCAPE. Our first DJ of the night closed our second ever event & after a long break, one of HK’s favourites is back.

For well over a decade, Jeremy Chan DJ’ed all over Hong Kong, dropping hand-picked electronic tunes to the masses playing psychedelic trance & tech bangers. On his return you can expect progressive beats & groovy melodies 👌🏻

Our final act is no stranger to closing for us & for a very good reason. ’s powerful but hypnotic tunes promise to keep you dancing right until the very end 🔥

Hailing from France, KVM started off DJing in Hong Kong at Rave Mama’s events in 2021 before playing regularly at ESCAPE and his own party group’s RaveMasterz events as well as other underground events across Hong Kong (Psyternet, Techno Bunker, TSUNML, Low Key, Hardside), Tokyo (Category Trance), Taipei (No Borders) and Amnesia Bangkok.

While firmly rooted in Trance, KVM is better known for his uncompromising dedication to the harder spectrum of the genre, as well as for other fast-paced electronic music styles which he’ll make you discover & grow into in his adrenalin-pumping sets. He is still constantly looking for the right balance, the “edge” in the sets he plays let it be in the soaring heights of uplifting Trance, to the pitiless dark vibes of Hard Techno, through the endless energy and infinite variety of Psy & Hard Trance. This time, he’ll take you through a rhythmic journey in one of his signature Hard (HHH) sets 😎.

Our third act on Saturday will be ESCAPE’s first official B2B set. We welcome back BORISKI & ELIXR. Both men have delivered epic sets in the past and this one guarantees to be the same.

A true genre devotee, Boriski masterfully weaves through trance’s rich tapestry from the hypnotic waves of progressive, soaring heights of uplifting, the driving force of tech trance and the raw energy of hard trance.

Born & raised in France, Elixr first found his music roots in rock and metal music before his journey led him to Hong Kong where he discovered a deep passion for trance music. He is also a talented producer so expect to hear many sets and tracks from him in the future.

On the night expect them to unleash a combination of heavy beats and euphoric melodies 🔥

Less than a week until our first event of the year. Our second DJ on the night is the mighty ! A returning favourite of ours & a true HK great.

He is a vital artist in the Hong Kong underground circuit. Simtub plays Progressive / Melodic Techno and various micro genres of House and Trance music. His sets are known to be evocative and energetic, backed by his understanding of what galvanizes the dance floor.

Simtub grew up during the intersection of the hacienda movement in Northern England amidst the rise of UK underground rave culture and when superclubs such as Miss Moneypenny’s, Turnmills, Cream and Fabrics dominated the landscape. This period in time heavily influenced his musical style and his sets continue to paint a unique narration of classic influences.

Simtub is also the co-founder of After Dark Sessions, an event night originally conceived to promote melodic driven music in the less exposed cities around Asia.

“Humans have an intrinsic need to connect, and music has this ability to create instant connections among people. I love to use my music to move crowds, to forge that sense of unspoken communion”.
