Why should you hire a wedding planner for your big day?
The majority of Hong Kong weddings will take part in a hotel and with many of the hotels offering a co-ordinator as part of their package it’s important to understand the difference between your hotel co-ordinator and your wedding planner.
A wedding planner can help with every single aspect of your big day whereas the co-ordinator with the hotel will be directly responsible for anything associated with the hotel including schedules, rooms, food and so on. Many of the hotels will also have a list of recommended suppliers however these suppliers are necessary designed for your requirements with many of the suppliers often have to pay for the privilege of being on the recommended list.
As wedding planners we listen to your exact needs then suggest suppliers based on your likes and dislikes as well interacting with different suppliers.
Many of our couples originally come to us with an overall budget. We can offer advice on how much you should be spending on your big day as well then suggesting the most affordable way to spend that budget. We can then work with suppliers within that budget and get discounts based on our partnerships.
