The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals in Chinese culture, symbolizing reunion and completeness. 🌕

In honor of this traditional festival, Aliments has specially invited local renowned illustrator Stella So. Through her vibrant colors and lines, she showcases the traditional characteristics of old Hong Kong while embodying our unique cultural festival.

A lacquer plate from the the Mawangdui inscribed with the words "君幸食". It translates to "May you enjoy your meal" or "Eat well and drink well".
This plate is not just a vessel for food; it's a vessel for heartfelt blessings.🍽️

你知道古代人是如何祝福他人「吃好喝好」嗎？來自長沙馬王堆的一個漆盤告訴我們答案。這個盤子上寫著「君幸食」，意思就是「願你有幸享用美食」。這不僅僅是一個承載食物的容器，它更承載著對食客的關懷與祝願。🥢
