【Airport Authority Hong Kong – ‘Treasures of Western Waters’】

We’re thrilled to announce our vibrant exhibition at the Arrival Hall of Hong Kong International Airport✈️, where you can dive into the rich marine life of the Western Waters! 🐠

Organized by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and designed and produced by OVAL, this exhibition showcases the biodiversity of the marine environment. At the center of exhibition, you will find the curved LED aquarium that brings marine species to life right in front of you. With the interactive kiosk, visitors can re-color a marine species and then 'release' it into the virtual western waters. Each species you released symbolizes your valuable support for marine biodiversity and contributes to the conservation of the Western Waters. By recreating the ecosystem of the Western Waters, we aim to highlight Hong Kong Airport's efforts and achievements in environmental and ecological conservation while sharing the ‘Treasures’ of the Western Waters.

Join us from now until June! 🚀We invite everyone to come and visit our exhibition, enjoy interactive displays, and immerse yourselves in the wonders of our marine environment.

【Hong Kong Tourism Board - Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade】

Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade🧧held on every Lunar New Year Day at Tsim Sha Tsui. In this year, the celebration featured 9 spectacular floats🌸and 46 performing groups from around the world, spreading endless joy to both locals and visitors alike.

We are excited to showcase our decoration design and production services for this vibrant event. Inspired by the enchanting beauty of a snake, our design highlights radiant scales illuminated by dynamic LED lighting.

【Bank of China (Hong Kong) – Asian Financial Forum 2025】

OVAL was honoured to showcase a forward-looking booth for the Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) at the Asian Financial Forum 2025, held on 13-14 January 2025. The event attracted over 3,600 policymakers and business leaders from more than 50 countries and regions, making it the first large-scale international finance and business event of the year.

BOCHK effectively utilises innovative technology to offer a variety of digital and cross-border financial services, meeting the needs and connecting customers among the regions.

We have integrated this concept into our design, utilising cutting-edge technology and impactful visuals to create a strong immersion in the exhibition experience.

【The Three-Runway System Commissioning Ceremony】

We are truly honored to witness the official opening of the Hong Kong International Airport Three-Runway System—a groundbreaking achievement that marks a new chapter in Hong Kong's aviation history. From vision to reality, this transformative project has been 13 years in the making, and we are proud to have played a part in this momentous event.

Beyond the opening ceremony, a special community flight allowed citizens to experience the very first takeoff on the third runway system, further showcasing the significance and impact of this project.

😁 We are honoured to take part in the successful completion of ”The Three-Runway System 10km International Race“. The race attracted ten thousands of runners who set foot on the reconfigured Centre Runway before the Three-Runway System officially put into operation. Runners were extraordinary excited to step on the runway which is usually not allowed to access. Simultaneously, runners enjoyed the rare privilege of running on this normally restricted runway while witnessing aircraft operations from neighboring runways. ⭐️ Our innovations incorporate cutting-edge technology to create interactive displays, informative visuals, and immersive experiences.🕹️To learn about the HKHS housing project, visitors could experience the immersive LED Dome with 360 VR, experiencing firsthand the thoughtfully designed and elderly-friendly facilities. Visitors can also build their own house and explore the concept of Modular Integrated Construction(MiC) with the bridging of physical objects and virtual twin technology. 🏗

🌳Design concept is inspired by nature, the main theme of trees symbolizes growth, vitality, and resilience, reflecting HKHS's ongoing commitment to providing quality housing solutions. Just like trees, HKHS adapts and grows to meet the diverse housing needs of our community.

🔸Leading beyond uncertainties: Global Tax Symposium 2024 has been successfully held🔸

We are pleased to announce that PwC Global Tax Symposium 2024✨ has been successfully held at the Rosewood Hong Kong from May 8 to 9, 2024. Oval Design Ltd. (OVAL) 👨‍🚀 are honored to have been part of this event, providing our design and production service.

The Global Tax Symposium convened experts from around the world🌍, and we crafted an event that captured the vibrant spirit of Hong Kong. OVAL have consistently prioritized the overall visual presentation and optimal exhibition experience. The Symposium featured exhibition booths with unique design elements, providing participants with comprehensive insights into the tax landscape. 📈

To warmly welcome all participants, the dinner kicked off with a traditional Chinese drum performance🥁, and we also coordinated a live band entertainment 🎸to create a relaxed vibe. Inspired by the city's neon aesthetics, we used bright red and orange tones to create a unique, immersive decor that reflected Hong Kong's dynamic urban culture for the gala dinner. 🥂

The Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Career Expo 2024, co-organized by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Labour Department, was held for 3 days (May 16-18) at the HKCEC. The event attracted over 45 airport companies seeking to fill over 7,500 job vacancies.

Oval Design Ltd. was once again entrusted as the official contractor for the HKIA Career Expo 2024. We were responsible for comprehensive event planning, design and production, venue management, and operational ex*****on, including the opening ceremony and exhibitor booth management. Our team designed 5 unique and impactful characters, each representing a different aviation-related career, to showcase the diversity of jobs at the Airport Career Expo.

In addition, the OVAL team provided exclusive-designed, high-quality exhibition booths for a diverse array of prominent organizations, including the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Labour Department, Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO) etc. By seamlessly integrating aviation-themed elements, such as control towers and aircraft, into the booth designs, they were able to vividly highlight each company's aviation industry expertise and capabilities to the participants.
