🍶在香港的餐飲業中，美食配紅酒是一個黃金法則，不過近年亦興起清酒配，日本清酒在港受歡迎程度有增無減，清酒是由稻米發酵而成的「釀造酒」，釀造方式多元化，即使是同一品牌，也有不同種類，口味和香氣也有很大差異，因此當遇到自己喜歡的清酒時，除了記住品牌，也要記住種類。
