Following our successful collaboration in 2024, AQ was honored to organize the "2025 Media Cocktail Launch Party" for NORQAIN, the independent Swiss luxury watch brand. The event featured two new timepieces, introduced by Vice President Tobias Küffer, who flew in from Switzerland to Hong Kong. We managed the entire cocktail party, including venue sourcing with setup, media invitations, press material preparation, onsite coordination, and media gifts. AQ supported See Change Education for "SCMUN 2025" with stage management for rehearsals and event day, coordinating technicians, and managing technical setups including lighting, PA, video and onsite AR support. We also handled advertorial coordination and media liaison, ensuring smooth production and foyer setup advice. We managed advertorial in Ming Pao, including interviews, photography, content creation, and design to enhance event exposure.

AQ有幸繼續擔任香港出版總會「2025香港閱讀＋」的活動統籌及管理合作夥伴。延續去年的經驗，為期四週的流動漂書車活動遍訪港九新界中小學、屋苑及公共空間。今年更首次加入深圳市委宣傳部提供的書籍，豐富漂書資源，讓市民透過「一書換一書」參與，共享閱讀樂趣。AQ負責整體活動規劃、學校協調、現場管理及宣傳推廣，包括線上小紅書及香港KOL合作、Facebook及Google廣告投放，傳媒廣告以及港鐵燈箱戶外廣告，全面提升活動曝光度。

AQ全力支援中國工商銀行（亞洲）於「2025奧運日」的品牌展區。我們精心設計了活動當日的多元化互動拍照體驗，包括ICBC吉祥物立牌、多款趣味紋身貼紙、特製IG打卡相框，以及即影即有拍照機，參加者可即時列印相片，並透過QR Code下載。當天中國工商銀行（亞洲）的代表參與了5公里賽及3公里親子跑的鳴槍儀式，現場由我們的專業攝影及錄影團隊全程記錄，並製作一分鐘精華短片，捕捉最精彩瞬間。

AQ was honored to fully support ICBC (Asia) at brand booth of 2025 Olympic Day. We designed a variety of interactive photo experiences, featuring ICBC mascots, tattoo stickers, a tailor-made IG photo frame, and an instant photo booth. Our professional photography and videography team captured every highlight, including ICBC (Asia) representatives officiating the starting ceremonies for the race. A one-minute highlight video was produced to showcase these memorable moments.

K Cash FinTech Corporation Limited (stock code: 02483.HK) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. AQ was honored to be part of this milestone, managing the entire listing ceremony and producing professional photography and highlight videos for a series of key events, including the press conference, investor presentation, HKEX listing ceremony, and listing celebration dinner, capturing every significant moment. AQ is honored to provide PR and advertising services for the Hong Kong Comics & Animation Federation’s “20th International Comic Artist Conference 2025” held in Hong Kong for the first time in 12 years. We help to engage with the media, prepared bilingual press releases, and onsite media reception. For advertising, AQ managed a two-week MTR ads campaign, placed full-page magazine ads, and handled social media advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu. Combined with GDN ads, these efforts significantly boosted the event’s visibility and youth engagement.

AQ很榮幸為中國工商銀行（亞洲）全面統籌於「香港中國企業協會第九屆運動會」的入場式啦啦隊表演。我們負責安排當天表演的訓練流程，協調導師及員工的訓練時間，並統籌活動當天道具、服裝的運輸及其他所需物資的安排。針對40位員工的啦啦隊表演，我們安排了專業的舞蹈訓練，包括聘請排舞導師、安排排練室，並準備了整齊精美的團體表演服裝，確保表演流暢且精彩。

AQ once again helped ICBC (Asia) for the team performance for the opening ceremony of 9th Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association Sports Day. We managed the training schedule of instructors and staff, costume coordination, and event logistics. For the 40-member cheer-leading team, we arranged professional dance training, rehearsal venue, and group costumes to ensure a good show.
