Chef Stanley Wong is the founder and Head Chef for Culinart. He grew up in Germany but raised witnessing both Southeast Asian and Continental culinary style. He learned all aspects of five-star hospitality and learned to master all stations of an expert kitchen during his years in a renowned Hotel School in Germany and apprenticeship. He achieved 3 stars with the New York Times and has been an Executive Chef at a wide range of award-winning hotels across the globe.
