Our L2: Tumbling class will teach you to develop aerial awareness and understanding of the tumbling skills with progressions.
We will fine-tune your techniques and prepare you for tumbling skills with skill specific strength & conditioning. Then let you loose on our sprung floor and fat, cushion-y mats!
You can learn to independently train & land dream skills such as front flips, aerials and handsprings with us!
Pre-requisites apply:
- dive rolls
- hurdle cartwheels
- not afraid to kick to free handstand
- backward rolls
or
- prior experience in our HERO Flight classes
Coach Lucille is one of our coaches who started learning gymnastics as an adult. Because of that, she has learned a ton that she shares to our kids and adult clients.
She continues to learn, train and work on upgrading her skills. She has been working on her Glide Kip for some time and her hard work has paid off! 💯

A backhandspring is a skill that can be super scary to learn because you have to jump backwards and trust your arms to catch you.
Zadie’s dedication and consistency working her shapes and building awareness of her body’s abilities in class is taking her to the next level.

Following the popularity of our Olympic month we’re hosting 2 special balance beam sessions! This class is open to all levels, we will work through basic foundations that apply to all beam skills as well as build a mini routine at the end of class. Learn a mount, turn, pose, skill and dismount. Thursday Dec 19 and Jan 9 8:05-9:05pm. No experience necessary, just an open mind and willingness to learn and have fun! Who knows, maybe with enough practice you too could be as great as coach Teddy someday 😄
