音樂課並不限於教室以內，作為音樂愛好者，我們都會透過不同的演出機會、比賽、工作坊實習和參觀音樂工作室或觀賞音樂會等，不斷觀摩學習以廣闊藝術領域，培育良好和穩健的音樂修養。梨韻合作社致力薰陶新一代的小小音樂家，而不是一部練琴機器；透過舉辦不同活動以加深同學的藝術文化，讓孩子真正投入音樂世界，理解歷史、作品背景、樂器的結構和掌握完善運用技巧，建立每一位同學的個人演奏風格，於不同層次幫助演奏造詣。
梨韻合作社乃非牟利機構，劉氏和梁氏兩位均是音樂愛好者，對教育抱有抱負和熱誠，因此盡心盡力把資源投放並回饋於學生的音樂道路上，希望可以訓練出一批又一批的音樂家，為大家不遺餘力的作出貢獻。
