創辦人兼行政總裁- 朱仲賢博士熱愛及擅長於舞臺表演藝術，他眼見香港80年代的演藝事業相當蓬勃 - 演唱會及傳播媒介等舞臺節目均走向國際水準，但相反不少大企業的宴會及會議節目仍停留在較為平淡的階段，水準落後於美國及澳洲等西方國家。有見及此，他嘗試融會中西方的創作意念，再配合他多年來在舞臺上的經驗，將高水準的製作帶進企業活動當中。
